For the youth.

Elite Development & Supports backs young people with the things they're actually into, so confidence and connections come naturally.

We're a founder-led, registered NDIS provider based in North Lakes. Denzell and Jicaro run it hands on, and the young people we support know them by name. It's a community built on inclusivity and empowerment.

How it works

Three steps. No red tape drama.

01

Get in touch

Call, message or send a referral. Participants, families, support coordinators and plan managers are all welcome.

02

Have a chat

We talk through goals, interests and what a good week looks like, then check how supports fit the plan.

03

Start doing things

Matched support, out in the community. We check in as things change and adjust to suit.

Questions

Good to know.

Can't see your question? Ask us.

Who does EDS support?

We focus on young people with disability who are NDIS participants. If you're not sure whether we're the right fit, give us a call and we'll be upfront about it.

Where are you based, and where do you work?

Our base is 7/15 King Court, North Lakes. We provide mobile support across Brisbane. If you're further out, ask and we'll let you know what's possible.

What does support actually look like?

It depends on the person. Past activities include gym sessions, bowling, escape rooms, VR, DnD and Friday night group activities, alongside practical help like getting to appointments.

Do you offer mobile and face-to-face support?

Yes. Our support workers can meet you out in the community or at our North Lakes base, and we run mobile support across Brisbane. We'll agree what suits the young person.

How do I make a referral?

Fill in the form on our contact page or call 0414 590 572. Participants, families, support coordinators and plan managers are all welcome to get in touch.

How quickly can support start?

It depends on availability and the paperwork involved. Get in touch and we'll give you an honest answer on where we're at.

Are you a registered NDIS provider?

Yes. EDS is a registered NDIS provider, so you can use your funding with us. Send us the details of your plan and how it's managed, and we'll confirm how our supports line up with it.

Ready when you are.

Tell us about your young person and what they're into. We'll take it from there.
